Christmas House Tour 2019

posted Aug 4, 2019, 2:48 PM by cwc web   [ updated ]

Dear Friend,

The Cranberry Women's Club is looking for homes for our upcoming 2019 Holiday House Tour. The tour is scheduled for Sunday, December 8th from 2-6pm. In the past we have hosted up to 200 guests to visit these homes for a festive start to the holiday season. We are looking for a homeowner that enjoys decorating for the holidays and would be willing to share that joy with others. Our club members would love to provide help with setting up the decorations and assisting on the day of the tour. But the club does not provide or purchase any supplies for the decorating of homes. The home needs to have a driveway or safe street parking available. All sizes and designs of homes are welcome.

Our club has served the Cranberry area with our philanthropic projects since 1976 and has hosted this fundraiser since 2003. We have been able to help many organizations such as Habitat, Gleaners Food Bank, Lighthouse Foundation, Cranberry Library and Cranberry Parks & Rec. with the many worthwhile projects they provide for the community. This fundraiser is one of the three fundraising projects our club sponsors during the year.

So, won't you consider offering your home for this year’s Holiday House get to share your beautiful home and festive decorations with lots of interested guests. Everyone gets in the holiday spirit and more importantly you are helping the community with this special fundraiser.

Thanks in advance,
Kathleen Perry, Event Chair July, 2019

Through fundraising events, this amazing group of women raises approx. $10,000 each year and chooses local non-profit organizations to which to donate all funds raised. Visit the Donations page for a complete list of organizations/charities to which CWC has contributed over the past several years.

In addition to their fundraising endeavors, CWC members like to have fun! Monthly activities and events are scheduled so that members can socialize, volunteer in the community and get to know one another throughout the year.
